Operation: 86 Love Handles.
I am about to share something with you all that most women don't like to admitt.
My weight. Oy vey.
First I would like to defend myself by saying I had a very socially-heavy (no pun intended) weekend. Here is how I dined:
Friday
Breakfast- Dunkin Donuts breakfast sandwhich and iced coffee
Lunch- salad (I was trying)
Dinner- entire platter of hummus, two martinis, cupcake, coffee (uh oh, here we go)
Saturday
Breakfast- eggs, toast, sausage and more coffee
Lunch- leftover mashed sweet potato
Dinner- Greek pasta salad, stuffed mushrooms, veggie pizza, Bahama Mama, more veggie pizza, key lime pie, another helping of Greek pasta salad, and a LOT more Bahama Mama.
Sunday
Breakfast- Dunkin Donuts coffee to battle the hangover from all the Bahama Mamas the night before.
Lunch- hot dog, kielbasa, potato salad, taco salad, more Greek potato salad (seeing a trend?), baked beans.
Dinner- Pizza. More Bahama Mama (matter as well at this point), key lime pie.
..and then Sunday night I decided to step on the scale.

Ouch.
I'm headed to OBX in 3 weeks, so I've decided that I need to loose a few LBs, if you know what I'm saying.
Once upon a time (this time last year) I was happily at 118. I would love to get back to that by August 1, but I think 10lbs in 3 weeks is stretching it a little much.
So I am turning to you, my friends and family, to help my in my goal to loose weight. If I am having dinner with you- watch my portion sizes. Alcohol is no longer part of my vocab (sad face). And if you see me, ask me if I've worked out- make me tell the truth because I'll lie if I haven't.
You + Me - Junk Food= Success.
Now if you'll excuse me, I've got an episode of 'Cake Boss' to watch.
